Are you an experienced and enthusiastic individual looking for an exciting opportunity to manage our wonderful coffee shop in Dorking?

The primary purpose of our coffee shop is to provide training and apprentice positions for young people with a learning disability looking to build skills and careers in hospitality whilst providing an excellent coffee shop experience for all our customers.
​
Cups & Co is open for six days a week from 10am to 4pm. The position can be full-time or part time. £13,650 pa for 3days a week but may be negotiable for relevant experience and qualifications.
​
Key requirements will be the ability to create a welcoming space with good food on offer, developing the catering and hospitality skills of our team, building strong partnerships with the local community, and ensuring that the coffee shop is appropriately marketed to potential customers.
